If you received an email from Stripe (our payments management partner) because one automated charge failed or because your credit card is about to expire, in that email you will find a link that will take you straight to Stripe to update your credit card information.
If a monthly fee is due, at the moment of updating the credit card, Stripe will charge to the new card the amount due.
If you are not in those situations but you want to update your credit card information, send us an email at support@healthkarma.org or create a support request through the HELP button and our customer support team will contact you to proceed with the update.
