If you have a family membership plan, you first have to add your family members in your portal and to create a separate profile within your account for your minor dependents. This ensures each person has their own medical profile and medical history. Then you will be able to request a virtual visit on behalf of your minor dependents using your own account. At the moment of requesting the consultation, the system will ask you who is the person to be seen during that visit, either you or any of your minor dependents added.
For your adult dependents, when you added into your family group, they will receive an invite to create their own account and being able to request their consultations by their own, but under your family plan coverage.
