Once your membership is active, from your Health Karma dashboard you will see the access points to all the services included in your membership and instructions on how to use them. You can request your consultations through your online portal or by phone. Some services offer both options.
You will be able to specify the person/pet who needs care and choose whether you’d like to connect by phone or video call, as well as when you want to have your consultation.
For the medical consultations, you will be asked to verify or update your electronic health records, phone number, and preferred pharmacy.
Just follow the steps online, and you will be done!
