When requesting the consultation through your Virtual Care Portal or by phone, you can specify which media to use, either by phone or video. If you scheduled your consultation originally by video and need to change to phone-only, contact your Care Coordination team and they will assist you on changing the mode to be contacted by your doctor.
If you need to show an injury, wound or symptom to your doctor, you can submit pictures online through your virtual care portal before your call, so your doctor can review them during the consultation.
